With a focus on four distinct styles—Hip Hop, Lyrical, Jazz, and Pom—our program offers a full-season commitment, interstate travel for All Star Nationals, and opportunities for overseas competitions.

What to Expect if you’re placed into an All Star Gold Team
Hip Hop
- Learn intricate choreography and street dance techniques.
- Focus on rhythm, musicality, and individual expression.
- Master the art of freestyle and improvisation.
- Engage in high-energy routines that captivate audiences.
Lyrical & Jazz
- Explore the emotional and storytelling aspects of dance in Lyrical.
- Master the fundamentals of jazz techniques.
- Work on fluid movements and seamless transitions in Lyrical.
- Engage in high-energy Jazz routines with a focus on performance.
Pom
- Develop sharp, synchronized movements for team-based performances.
- Learn the art of visual formations and transitions.
- Master the use of pom-poms to enhance visual appeal.
- All flyers selected in these levels are required to attend level specific flyers classes

CHEER
Unleash your potential in All Star Cheerleading, a dynamic team sport that combines stunts, dance, and tumbling. Perfect for athletes who thrive on teamwork and high energy!
Our Preschool Programs:
- All Star Elite Gold
This is the full cheer experience. These teams compete at all South Australian based cheer and dance events and travel to All Star Nationals in November
- All Star Silver Cheer
All Star Novice Cheerleading teams are full competitive teams for beginners. These teams are non-travelling and present a lower cost for participation allowing for a more approachable entry into the sport.
- All Star Bronze Cheer
- Flyers Classes
Flyers specific strength & conditioning. These classes help our flyers to stay at the top of their game. Classes available for varying age groups and experience levels
DANCE
